Employers’ Liability Insurance is a legal requirement for all businesses that employ members of staff. 

All businesses that employ one or more persons are legally required to have an Employers’ Liability Insurance policy in place, for at least £5 million, unless employees are close members of the family. You can be fined for failure to arrange this type of cover.
